Retourbeleid (Nederlands)

Herroepingsrecht (Bedenktijd)
U heeft het wettelijk recht uw online aankoop binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen (ontbinden) op grond van artikel 6:230o Burgerlijk Wetboek. 

Retourprocedure
Om gebruik te maken van dit herroepingsrecht dient u binnen bovengenoemde termijn contact met ons op te nemen of het retourformulier op onze website in te vullen. Wij bevestigen per e-mail de ontvangst van uw herroepingsverzoek. Vervolgens dient u het product, met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking, onbeschadigd terug te sturen. Voeg bij uw retourzending het ingevulde retourformulier of een andere ondubbelzinnige verklaring van herroeping toe.

Retourkosten en terugbetaling
De rechtstreekse kosten van het terugzenden van het product zijn volledig voor rekening van de klant. Wij adviseren u het pakket voldoende te frankeren en een betrouwbare, erkende vervoerder te kiezen. 

Ter indicatie: de kosten voor een standaard klein pakket binnen Nederland bedragen circa €10-€15 per pakket (afhankelijk van gewicht en vervoerder). Voor zendingen naar België of Duitsland liggen de tarieven doorgaans iets hoger (bijvoorbeeld €10-€18, afhankelijk van gewicht). Pakketten met een zwaarder gewicht zullen hogere kosten in rekening brengen.

Let op: dit zijn richtprijzen; hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Indien u de gehele bestelling retourneert, ontvangt u het volledige aankoopbedrag inclusief de eventueel berekende standaard verzendkosten van de heenzending terug. Eventuele extra betaalde kosten voor een duurdere verzendmethode worden niet vergoed (conform artikel 7:216 lid 3 Burgerlijk Wetboek). Wij storten het verschuldigde bedrag zo spoedig mogelijk, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na ontbinding, terug op uw rekening, mits het product door ons in goede orde retour is ontvangen. Terugbetaling geschiedt via hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u betaald heeft, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders overeengekomen.

Voorwaarden voor retour
Tijdens de bedenktijd dient u zorgvuldig om te gaan met het product en de verpakking (artikel 7:230s BW). U mag het product slechts hanteren en inspecteren zoals u dat in een fysieke winkel zou mogen. Indien u verder gaat dan noodzakelijk om de aard, kenmerken en werking van het product te beoordelen en het product daardoor in waarde vermindert, kunnen wij die waardevermindering in rekening brengen (artikel 7:230s lid 3 BW). Stuur het product compleet, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking terug. 

Belangrijk: U kunt uw retourzending niet persoonlijk afleveren bij ons magazijn of kantooradres; retouren dienen altijd via een erkende pakketvervoerder te worden verzonden.

Uitzonderingen op het herroepingsrecht
Op grond van de wettelijke uitzonderingen (artikel 6:230p Burgerlijk Wetboek) kan voor bepaalde producten geen herroepingsrecht gelden. Wij zullen bij het aanbod duidelijk vermelden of een product onder een uitzondering valt. Uitsluitingen zijn onder meer:

  • Producten die volgens specificaties van de klant op maat zijn gemaakt of duidelijk voor een specifieke persoon bestemd zijn (maatwerk).

  • Verzegelde producten die om redenen van gezondheidsbescherming of hygiëne niet geschikt zijn om te worden teruggezonden, waarvan de verzegeling na levering is verbroken. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan matrassen of persoonlijke verzorgingsartikelen waarvan de hygiëneverpakking is geopend.

  • Producten die snel bederven of een beperkte houdbaarheid hebben.

  • Audio-, video-opnamen en computerprogrammatuur waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken.

  • Kranten, tijdschriften of magazines (geen abonnementen).

Voor klachten over retouren of terugbetalingen kunt u contact opnemen met onze klantenservice via service@majorr.nl. Wij streven naar een zorgvuldige afhandeling. Op dit retourbeleid is Nederlands recht van toepassing (artikel 17 Algemene Voorwaarden).

 

Return Policy (English)

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, based on Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

Return Procedure
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must contact us within the aforementioned period or complete the return form on our website. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email. You then need to return the product, with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, undamaged. Please include the completed return form or another unequivocal statement of withdrawal with your return shipment.

Return Costs and Refund
The direct costs of returning the product are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you sufficiently frank the package and choose a reliable, recognized carrier.

For reference: the cost of returning a small standard package within the Netherlands is approximately €10-€15 per package (depending on weight and carrier). For shipments to Belgium or Germany, the rates are generally slightly higher (e.g., €10-€18, depending on weight). Heavier packages will incur higher costs.

Note: These are indicative prices; no rights can be derived from them. If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs charged for the outward shipment. Any additional costs paid for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded (in accordance with Article 7:216, paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code). We will refund the owed amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the contract is terminated, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Conditions for Returns
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care (Article 7:230s Dutch Civil Code). You may only use and inspect the product as you would be able to in a physical store. If you go beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, and this reduces the product's value, we may charge you for this reduction in value (Article 7:230s, paragraph 3 Dutch Civil Code). Please return the product complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Important: You cannot personally deliver your return to our warehouse or office address; returns must always be sent via a recognized parcel carrier.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under the statutory exceptions (Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code), the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products. We will clearly indicate if a product falls under an exception. Exclusions include:

  • Products that have been custom-made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly intended for a specific person (custom-made).

  • Sealed products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery. Examples include mattresses or personal care items whose hygiene packaging has been opened.

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Audio, video recordings, and computer software once the seal has been broken.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).
