To grill indirectly, place the funnel with the opening directly above it. To grill indirectly, make sure that the closed side is above the charcoal so that the warm air circulates around it. The indirect grilling method is ideal for slowly cooking large pieces of meat. The Kensington 570C is fully equipped. The chrome-plated steel grill grate has a hinged section so you can easily add charcoal without having to remove the grate.
