Refund policy

If you decide to return item (s), you can fill in the return form in your package and this send back to us with your item (s).

Please note: the items you want to return must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you receive your package.

The return amount refunded via the payment method you used.

If you have lost the return form, you can here a print a new form.

Each package contains a sticker with the return address. If you no longer have this, you can state the return address and reply number below on your package.
