Dispatch
You will receive a track & trace from us with every order. In some cases we will schedule an appointment with you to deliver your order.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium
For orders with an order amount below €250,- shipping costs will be charged. The guideline rates are as follows:
The Netherlands
- Parcels up to 5 kg: approximately €12.95
- Parcels up to 10 kg: approximately €12.95
- Parcels up to 20 kg: approximately €29.95
- Parcels up to 30 kg: approximately €69.95
Belgium
- Same rates as for the Netherlands (indicative; exact costs will be shown during checkout)
For orders over €250, Majorr will cover the shipping costs – free shipping.
Please note: these are indicative amounts. The final shipping costs depend on weight, destination and carrier, and are always clearly stated in the payment process.
International Shipping

Orders under €250:
- Parcels up to 10 kg: approximately €12.95
- Special transports or large items: €34.95

Other countries within the EU
For deliveries to other countries within the EU, please contact us via service@majorr.nl. We will be happy to inform you about the possibilities and associated shipping costs.
Delivery outside the EU
Not available as standard. Possible in consultation. Please take into account customs costs and import duties - these are for the customer's account.
The delivery time is stated under each product, this delivery time applies to NL and BE. For other countries in the EU, there are multi-day delivery times. 95% of all orders will also be delivered within the stated delivery time.
If there is a delay, for example due to the holidays, you will always be notified. Rest assured and order on time.
We have 3 different delivery times:
- Ordered before 10pm = delivered the next working day
- In stock, delivery time 1 to 5 working days
- Delivery on order basis, within 30 days (we will schedule an appointment with you)
Delivery
If you have ordered a large piece of furniture, your order will be delivered to the front door by the delivery person. If you live in an apartment, the delivery person will deliver the package to the general entrance.
We can always consult with you to look at a delivery date. It is best to leave a message with us via service@majorr.nl to look at the possibility of scheduling a delivery date.
In most cases, you can also schedule a delivery date with the delivery service.
It is good to know that once the track & trace has been created, the package is not always immediately in the hands of the delivery service. For this reason, the delivery time is not immediately known, which is why it is best to check the status again the next morning. If the status of your order is not available, your package has not yet been assigned to a trip. It is best to wait a while, if it takes longer than 2 days, please contact our customer service via service@majorr.nl we will investigate it further for you.
You can contact customer service via service@majorr.nl. We can only cancel the order if your order has not yet been shipped.
We mainly work with DHL. However, in some cases we use PostNL or other transport companies.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on possible delays that occur with the transport companies. At the moment that delays occur, you can of course always contact our customer service , we will then help you as best as possible.
Return
If you decide to return item(s), you must report this via service@majorr.nl.
You will then receive the return instructions from us.
Please note : The item(s) you wish to return must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
The direct costs of returning the product are entirely at the expense of the customer. We advise you to sufficiently stamp the package and to choose a reliable, recognized carrier.
If the returned items and packaging are received back to us in their original condition, the return will be processed as soon as possible. At this time, the purchase amount will also be refunded to you.
The refund will be done using the same method as the payment was made. You will receive a confirmation email of the refund, after receiving this email the purchase amount will be back on your account within a few working days.
It is of course very annoying if the item arrived damaged, our apologies for this. Damage can have occurred at different times, that is why we would like to receive a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your product.
Click here to report the damage. Of course you can return the item to us, we will provide a replacement product.
Placing an order
You can pay with us using the following methods: Ideal, credit card, bankcontact, Sofort, KBC/CBC, giropay, ING homepay, Belfius direct, Klarna and the MAJORR gift card.
If your preferred payment method is not listed, please contact our Customer Service .
Majorr works with payment partner STRIPE, which is why you may see this name on your bank statements.

You will receive a response from a customer service representative within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we do not (yet) have a showroom or physical store where the products can be viewed. We do have a 14-day trial period, so you have all the time to experience the product, is it not to your liking? Then it can be returned for free.
If you have any questions about a specific article, it is best to send us a message . In this way, our customer service employees will try to answer your questions as clearly as possible.
Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to collect an order.
