Thanks to the high power of 4.3 kW, the burner heats the grill rack very quickly so that you can put the first pieces of meat on the barbecue after just a few minutes. Despite its modest size, the P-420G Minichef is still ideal for preparing dishes in the perfect way. For example, the enamelled lid and kettle ensure that the heat is retained so that dishes cook quickly without burning. Thanks to the lid thermometer and the infinitely adjustable burner, you always have control over the temperature. You can also use this gas barbecue for both direct and indirect grilling. With the Easy Flip funnel in volcano position, all the heat is conducted directly to the grill grate, perfect for grilling a hamburger. With the funnel turned upside down, the heat will circulate through the kettle, ideal for indirectly grilling a large piece of meat.
