The Chelsea 420G barbecue is a nice compact barbecue and also offers all the advantages of a gas kettle barbecue. The barbecue is equipped with a 1 ring burner system with piezo ignition, lid holder, integrated thermometer and a porcelain enamelled gas kettle where you can grill directly and indirectly. The Chelsea 420G has a compact external dimension but still has a large grilling surface of no less than 39.5 cm. This allows you to grill multiple pieces of meat or vegetables. With the Easy Flip funnel in this barbecue it is possible to grill both directly and indirectly. By placing the funnel with the narrow opening upwards you grill directly, if the narrow opening is placed at the bottom you grill indirectly. When grilling directly you work at a very high temperature and a lot of heat is applied to the grill, useful for a nice grill pattern on the steak. When grilling indirectly, the heat distribution within the closed barbecue is more even, ideal for slow cooking of meat and stewing vegetables. The Easy Flip funnel is easy to turn. The porcelain enamelled grill grate is known for excellent grilling results. Thanks to the high boiler, it is also possible to prepare larger dishes.
