With the innovative Gas Safety System, grilling with gas becomes even safer. The Flame Guard protects the flame from weather influences such as strong winds, so that you can grill comfortably even at low temperatures of up to 80 degrees. Should the burner go out due to strong wind, the Flam Guard system guarantees an automatic restart. This prevents the escape of gas, which could accumulate and then ignite involuntarily. The Safety Light system integrated into the knob is synonymous with safety: at a glance you can recognize whether the valve is open or closed. The great Low & Slow classics, such as beef brisket, pulled pork or spare ribs represent the signature dishes of this barbecue, because they can be prepared at temperatures between 100 and 130 degrees. Of course, it is possible to cook normally without any problems, on the grill or in the oven up to 360 degrees. If the funnel is turned into a volcano position, it is also possible to cook with direct heat up to 500 degrees. In addition, it is possible to store an additional gas bottle and a pizza stone in the holder provided (not included). A fold-up side rack provides ample space for preparation, while the right side rack with locking function allows you to easily manoeuvre the barbecue. The solid cast aluminium hinge, a practical towel rack and a cutlery tray complete the package perfectly.
